Based on the goals identified, NextStep helps determine the optimal combination of interventions. Plans are tailored to each consumer by adding personalized details and staff instructions. Staff chart to the plan by goal and bill directly from the chart for services without any extra steps or delays. Part of the treatment planning wizard includes a dashboard for monitoring progress towards achieving a goal and a treatment plan review wizard. Custom Forms Using the Form Builder

Custom forms can include narratives, diagnoses from the latest DSM, a list of choices, a group of choices where just one option can be selected or a group where one or more can be selected, drop-down choices, consumer information, and more. The forms designed in NextStep can be designated as assessments that reoccur such as an annual psychosocial evaluation or as a form that can be filled out at any time. Forms can be signed by multiple parties using e-Signatures or using a signature pad that captures an image of the actual signature. Information can be set to save as a draft, as final, or sealed.
